Our tumbler is suitable for any indoor or outdoor place. Perfect for enjoying drinks at home, on the beach, by the lake, at the pool, in the office, camping, hiking, picnic, and so on.

The tumbler will not peel or fade and does not easily scratch. It is best to prevent dropping the tumbler on hard or rough surfaces as that can cause scratches or dents.

Production: 2-3 business days. 

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production time

Tracking and package protection are provided once your tumbler is ready to ship (7-10 business days after your order is placed)

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the item is shipped, we are not responsible for the lost item. For more information, please check our FAQ tab. 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. Each item we sell is handmade and is thoroughly inspected before we ship them out to our customers. 

However, if WE made an error on the product and the customer can show us images and/or videos of said error within 10 days of recieved the damaged product,  we will gladly replace the item FREE of charge once the damage item is returned. If the care instructions are not followed causing the item to become damaged we will NOT replace, refund or exchange the item. 

If you need to cancel an item please contact me IMMEDIATELY.  Once your item is in the production phase or a shipping label has been generated we will NOT grant a cancelation.  There is also a cancelation fee for canceling your order. This fee is to cover the processing fees for the transactions.
