This basket is made of Plastic. TashMade does not make the baskets, but we purchase them from vendors and personalize them. The baskets may have slight imperfections. We do our best to pick the best baskets from our inventory to ensure our customers get the best quality.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item. Each item we sell is handmade and is thoroughly inspected before we ship them out to our customers.

However, if WE made an error on the product and the customer can show us images or videos of said error, we will gladly replace the item FREE of charge. If the care instructions are not followed causing the item to become damaged, we will NOT replace, refund or exchange the item.

If you need to cancel an item, please contact us IMMEDIATLY. Once your item is made or a shipping label is created, we cannot process a cancelation.
