Include the correct spelling of the name you would like added to the pen and the color of vinyl. We will add your name, seal it with resin and ship it out to you within 4 business days.

The pens we use for our glitter pends are Papermate Inkjoy 0.7mm Refillable Gel Pens. These pens make the perfect accessory to your office or journaling! Pens write super smooth and can be refilled when they run out.

Return, Exchanges & Cancelation Policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of your item and the current pandemic we are in. Each item we sell is handmade and is thoroughly inspected before we ship them out to our customers.

However, if WE made an error on the product and the customer can show us images or videos of said error, we will gladly replace the item FREE of charge. If the care instructions are not followed causing the item to become damaged, we will NOT replace, refund or exchange the item.

If you need to cancel an item, please contact us IMMEDIATLY. Once your item is made or a shipping label is created, we cannot process a cancelation.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days after production time)
